Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Currently, we prioritize annual plans to offer the best value. However, 'Growth Basic' and higher tiers may have EMI options available via credit card partners.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time. You will simply pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining months of your current cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

No. All MDPlix plans (Starter, Growth, Clinic 360) include free onboarding and setup. There are zero hidden implementation charges.
