How do I request a refund?
Simply email support@mdplix.com with your Clinic ID and transaction receipt. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Yes! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months once a year. Your data will be preserved, and billing will resume automatically.
What happens to my data after a refund?
Once a refund is processed (implying cancellation), your account enters 'Read-Only' mode for 30 days, after which data is permanently deleted unless you renew.
