Do I own my patient data?
Yes, absolutely. You retain full ownership of all patient records and data you enter. MDPlix acts only as a processor to help you manage it. You can export it anytime.
Is my data secure with MDPlix?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256), secure cloud servers, and strict access controls. We adhere to HIPAA and Indian IT Act standards to keep patient data distinct and safe.
What happens if there's a billing error?
If you notice an error, contact support immediately. We review billing disputes within 48 hours and will issue a refund or credit if a mistake was made on our end.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you won't be charged again.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account will be suspended after a grace period. We keep your data safe for a limited time so you can reactivate, but eventually, we may delete inactive account data as per our retention policy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent. Any optional costs (like extra SMS credits beyond your plan) are clearly shown before you buy.
